Its subsidiary, Nanjing Tianyi HangTai Electronic Technology Co., Ltd., was established in March 2018 and has been recognized as a National High-Tech Enterprise and a Specialized, Refined, Unique, and New SME. It focuses on comprehensive DC/DC solutions in the computing power field and has completed commercial collaborations with multiple domestic CPU and GPU manufacturers. Its solutions are also applied in self-developed modules, chips, and all-in-one machines.
Windiwill Semiconductor boasts four self-developed product lines: point-of-load power supplies, optical chips/optical modules, 3D stacked large-model inference and training chips, and modular AI training-inference all-in-one machines.
